I have loved all my purchases, and I can't wait for the new thinning hair products! However, if I could add a little constructive criticism: You have so many skincare products I want to try, but I have no idea what I need, or in which order to use them. (A lot has changed since I was an esthetician back in the day!) A skincare quiz/finder would really help. I would love to answer questions, have Pie select the best products and tell me when and how, click ADD TO BAG, and be done. I trust Marcia and her crew to tell me what I need!

It took 2 weeks for my purchase to arrive. That was painful! The post office isn’t even that bad!

I love most of the skincare and makeup products I've gotten from Beauty Pie, but their website is a little glitchy. If that were fixed, I'd give 5 stars!

I LOVE Beauty Pie and the only reason I am deducting a star is because some of the packaging is flimsy (lipstick, to be specific) and the website isn't as user-friendly as other sites I use. But, these are very minor things and I love the skincare I've purchased. I just joined in March of 2021 and I've already completely used several products. The self-tanner is THE best too!

I love beauty pie! I would give the products and service 5 stars. It is the best skin care I have ever used. The TRIPLE HYALURONIC ACID face serum has helped my eczema prone skin stay supple and smooth, the super healthy skin moisturiser is great and for dry spots I love the plantastic oil. I liked everything I have tried and also found my firm favourites. The only thing is the packaging - I think it could be more ecofriendly. This is addressed really well in their FAQs which I have included below. However I think the amount of paper and cardboard could be reduced. I love the packaging but I would like to see it reduced. I like seeing in the FAQ that they are striving towards that and would like to see more of this. :-) packaging FAQ You won’t see us using any over-the-top fancy caps or rigid false-bottomed plastic jars. We’ve chosen plant-based inks and recyclable and recycled board for our cartons. And because it’s difficult on the environment (and the people who have to work with it) we do our best to avoid metallics and foil. Too much cosmetic packaging currently ends up in landfill, and the more complex the componentry, the less easily it can be broken down for recycling.
