I have been using the skin care products and they seem to be doing their job. I changed from the pricier companies and hope that these products contain the same skincare valuable ingredients that I was using before. I also use the brow brush and one color of the eyeshadow. Happy with both of those products. Tried the liquid gloss and am still undecided.

I love this service, one of my favorite places to shop. I just wish I could upgrade to the new membership level. I contacted customer service and was told I would be notified when I can upgrade, but haven't heard anything yet.

Good products but annoying to have to have ongoing subscription to get the real cost. I would rather bulk buy a few times a year than have to sign up to buy monthly which means monthly shipping costs

My only issue so far is that I updated my new address in my account record on the website. For some reason that only updated my billing address but not my shipping address. So, my most recent order was sent to the current owner of my old house who was out of town for several days. I will definitely watch to see how my shipping address pulls up next time, but it would be nice if updating one’s address took care of both billing and shipping.

This company really does bring you fantastic quality products at a great price (when you're a member). They have a wide variety of skincare products to suit every skin type/condition. The packaging is simple but sophisticated. I only wish they offered next day delivery as well as their standard shipping. But overall this is a brilliant brand and I recommend them highly!
