Everything’s great but shipping is too much! It makes me reluctant to purchase from the site.

Love Beauty Pie’s products and the concept. My main issue is with the web experience. I typically shop on my phone and find the site difficult to use at times—it never remembers me so I have to sign in every time, it frequently logs me out in the middle of shopping, it can be laggy, and it overall doesn’t feel like an optimized mobile experience. I also wish they would split their social media between UK and US—mostly bc seeing products the UK gets that we don’t makes me envious!

I order periodically from Beauty Pie and for the most part I'm happy with the products. I did notice a lot of warning signs on the bottom of the box that my Freesia, Patchouli & Moss candle came in, such as may cause an allergic skin reaction, harmful to aquatic life, avoid release to the environment. My one wish is that Beauty Pie would have a line of organic, natural products alongside their other ones. If they did I would buy a lot more stuff. I do love the Healthy Skin body lotion.

Package was shipped on 10/7 and arrived on 10/13 in good shape. I think FedEx did a decent job. They did revise the delivery date once but shipping times these days are often delayed. Everything in the box was packaged beautifully and it was a great first experience.

The products are good quality, packaging is pretty. My opinion is that the shipping time is slow. Wish they wouldn’t take 10 days to get to me.

Love everything especially the price but a brochure or directions for use with everything ordered would be nice since there’s a serious gap between ordering and receiving . Disappointed with the sleep oil way too fragranced with a synthetic scent and my lipstick color was not as described
