worst customer service ever
worst customer service ever. I have emailed three separate occasios asking why the website won;t allow me to purchase, even though I am signed in, even though it is more than four weeks since my last purchase. Nobody has the courtesy to email me back. There is no live chat. really disappointed as such a great concept but so poorly executed.
