Products ok, terrible packaging.
The packaging was terrible. The package arrived opened with items on the floor. I sent pictures to CS and they blamed the carrier. If their packaging wasn’t so flimsy it wouldn’t happen. $8.27 too high of a shipping charge. Products are ok nothing spectacular.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you are disappointed with the box that your order has arrived in. We do not like to use too much packaging as we try to be as environmentally friendly as possible. But this is a standard cardboard thickness and it is incredibly rare that boxes arrive at member's shipping addresses with any damage unless someone has tried to break into the box or if the courier has been rough with the delivery during transit. You mentioned in your email to us that the products were not harmed and therefore we explained that we had applied some spending limit onto your account to apologise for the tear that was on box. We appreciate your feedback and we are sorry to hear that you are still unsatisfied on this occasion.
