Whilst the products are superb, Beauty Pie needs to improve the customer comms interface ie have a chatbot, easier cancellation facility of orders & subscriptions.

Very generous amounts. Only used two weeks but so far so good!

I’ve been using Beauty Pie products for about 10 days. I’m very pleased! I’m not giving 5 stars, because I need to give the products several more weeks to show more results. Ordering was easy, the website is well-designed and intuitive. Orders were processed and shipped efficiently. There’s too much pink paper in the wrapping. It’s unnecessary. They could also use slim padded envelopes instead of big boxes for the smaller items. I’m using a range of products and my skin is responding nicely so far.

Only tried a few makeup products and i like them so far. The lip sticks and lip oils are my favorite.

I just started to use the products I purchased, i haven't see any results yet; so far I like the formulas and texture of the products I purchased, any one of the products feels amazing on my face, however It's too early for me to say if those products really work. I really love the packaging everything is so beautiful, the box, the tissue paper, the bottles of each product, everything is AMAZING, the only thing I don't like, is how many days it took to get the products,

My first time using Beauty Pie, after many months of flirting with the site and talking myself out of doing anything. The 'day pass' enabled me to decide to purchase a few items, and though I haven't used any of them for very long, I have been reasonably satisfied. JapanFusion is great and really seemed to beautify my face after just an initial use - my skin just looked better, more lively (and it has a slight fragrance that disappears, which is good). I got the primer, which is a bit more high sheen than I prefer, but it feels moist enough for my purposes (hate a drying, totally matte primer). I bought one of the eye shadow pencils, as I have a few other brands of this kind of product. It too was a bit more metallic-shiny than I prefer (I am 54, just my personal taste). But everything is definitely nicely made, well-packaged, and I will consider a membership for future purchases of JapanFusion.

I love the products I’ve tried so far. I wish they had a way you could sample fragrances before purchasing. Also, shipping takes longer than I anticipated

I wish there was more information on products as to how the active ingredients will work for what skin types.
