Love the products, HATE the website. The mobile version is always asking me to confirm my country, doesn’t remember my login, quick shop buttons don’t consistently work, and Renewal balance doesn’t update as promptly as I expect.

The products I tried (the 5 minute facial and the perfume) were okay. I wouldn't probably purchase either again. I do plan on trying the other makeup products later on, so maybe my overall review will become more positive.

Products are nice, but they are not widely available. They also advertise products that are not available. I find myself tuning out to their emails because they introduce a product with positive reviews, such as shampoo, and then flag it as not available. It sometimes seems like false advertising.

A very creamy soft foundation that blends well on your face creating a soft glow. . I used a setting spray after full face application and it held for about 10 hrs , very nice. I think the foundation is great and the color selection choices are very good. I wish the cap was a pump which would have managed the foundation better when taking the foundation out of the bottle. In my bottle the application stick broke off.....foundation is great but the packaging needs more work.

I like the products well enough, but not the business model so much. It’s one more thing I have to log in and do every month and one more bill. Also feel postage is really high for the small items I have got. Really annoying that what you can buy is based on the gross price, not net.

With regards to our delivery charges, due to the way in which our business model works the postage you pay on your order is the exact cost of us sending out your parcel.
