Super fast shipping. Membership program had some definite advantages. But most makeup/colors are very off in person from images and descriptions. No returns or exchanges is rather disappointing. BP should at least provide samples.

I am probably one of your biggest fan but this week you are testing my devotion. For the last 5 days I've been trying to pay for an order to get it shipped but due to a glitch on the website I'm not able to enter my CC info.Every time I click on "pay with credit card" I get a message " item not in stock" I've send emails and got advice which I followed. But even using a different browser didn't solve my issue. Calling customer service didn't help either since I was only able to leave a message and nobody ever called me back. Sooooooo disappointing! There's no way to cancel your membership online or it's hidden deep in the site. I checked the section and the "how to cancel" article doesn't actually tell you what to do to cancel. It's just tells you you can "cancel at anytime" after 3 months. That 3 month minimum was NEVER disclosed upfront. I can't find a contact number to call to cancel my membership "at anytime". All I'm able to do is send an email and wait 24-48 hours. According to laws in the state where I live, any company that allows you to sign up for a recurring subscription online MUST allow you to cancel online. So they're not even compliant with state laws.

100$ credit is annoying way to lose customers. We’d prefer a refund

Hi Diane, thanks for leaving your review. We're sorry to hear you're having troubles accessing your account, please note one of our Customer Service Agents had manually reset your password earlier this week to ensure you can log in as soon as possible. However, I've just followed up with another email in case you may have missed this from us. I hope this helps. Kind regards, Brooke

I have not received my package yet ... after 3 weeks. Money has been taken from my account and I have been waiting to hear from customer service for a couple of days. This is unacceptable :/ I had such high hopes.
