The concept is terrific. The execution leaves a few details unsolved. My order consisted of brow gel, concealer, hair conditioner, and 3 lip colors. Of those lip colors, 2 out of the 3 did not look good on me. After comparing the photographs, arm swatches, and descriptions, I thought I had nailed 3 good lip products for me. Upon arrival, I noticed that the descriptions and photographs do not show the lip colors accurately enough. Until samples of lip colors are available, I’m unsure of what to try next. Thank you-

Received my first order. So far the products are good and I’m enjoying them. However the company doesn’t have the ability to process returns / exchanges. That’s disappointing.

Cleans makeup well, but is drying to skin.

Products have been great. The price is amazing. The website, ordering process and customer service are completely lacking.

I really like the concept and I am willing to "risk" buying a product that I can't sample or try on. I had a o.k. experience with my first order. Nothing was crazy good, like I would run over a small child on my way to get the last one of that in the store. The primer was the thing I was the most excited about. It had a paint smell that did go away fast. The lip oil was a nice size, and does do everything it says it would. But, it too has a smell that I can't put my hand on. I hope to pick better product next time.

Too much stuff. No real authentic information . Select, edit, present. Enough with everything is great. That’s not honest.

The products are great but the web site is a little wonky.

I don’t like that I can’t pause my subscription without losing all my spending allowance. That’s something I’ve paid for and It shouldn’t be taken away.
