This company has really pulled the wool over customers eyes. I’ve ordered thousands of dollars of products and have been unimpressed by the majority. 3 out of 4 items are just not great and absolutely don’t compare to what the company says they compare to. I’m a professional makeup artist and esthetician so I can test Beauty Pie’s products against professional and high end items and they just are not on the same level of refinement despite Beauty Pie’s claims. I ordered a couple hundred dollars worth of items for Christmas gifts and almost everything in the box arrived broken or the boxes smashed. Beauty Pie refused to give any refund or replacements despite photo evidence of damage. They wanted me to pay for the shipping to send them back SHATTERED GLASS from the broken items. I finally gave up dealing with their non-helpful customer service and just took a complete loss. I will never recommend Beauty Pie to anyone based on the way they treat their customers. They lock you in to a terrible subscription service and provide subpar items you can’t return.

I can get quality products for same price and even less from Good Molecules, they have free shipping over $35 that doesn’t take forever to arrive & the box isn’t smashed to all get out....and no monthly fee to offer the low prices. Plus I can return for free if I am not satisfied....which I’ve never had to do because I have just about every one of their products and love them...I can tell when I use them and when I forget. Unlike the beauty pie products....I guess haven’t had them long enough to notice a difference in my skin. There were 4 or 5 other products I wanted to try as well but I’m not going to “upgrade” & pay more to be able to buy your products at the “discounted” price. I mean people are paying you money to be able to pay you money for the products...because you have them thinking they’re getting a deal. I don’t believe for a second that the discounted price couldn’t be offered everyday to everyone. At least offer quality products that aren’t equivalent to Walgreens, Walmart, etc.

I'm so sad to leave this review, but I placed an order on Feb, 27th and still have not received my order. I emailed for assistance, and have thus far only received an auto-response, no contact regarding order or a refund of any kind.

I love your products but the barrier to purchase and the customer service support is very rough. Two times I've had issues after transitioning back to your site from PayPal. I've conveyed that I think there is a mobile interface issue and never really got a good reply or great service back. First order, I ended up with two orders because the first one I received an error transitioning back that my cart was empty when in fact the order had completed. So I redid the order thinking it had failed. When I looked for assistance to cancel or return one, I got very reluctant help after multiple emails. As it was, I love the product so I ended up keeping it but I will more than likely cancel when my 3 month is up because of these issues and lack of good support and actual investment in solving the issue.

Was very disappointed after applying a promocode to an order. It said only one could be used at a time. I picked one I wanted to use and it showed that it was applied only for the additional promotional item not to be included with my order. After speaking to customer service they said the promotion I accepted when signing up for beauty pie almost two months prior canceled it out. That made no sense since that was for the Membership not for the products I was ordering two months later. There's so my many companies and brands to choose from that their lack of care and failure to clarify left a bad taste so I canceled my membership.

I put through an order with a coupon code and they removed that item after the order went through. Very bad business practices. And their website is always malfunctioning.

My issue wasn’t addressed and I still can’t get into my account

I ordered an item, paid for overnight shipping and received it 7 days later. I reached out to get the shipping reimbursed and they never replied. I will not order from here again.
