I don’t love that shipping is not included. I think it should be.

I guess I think Beauty Pie is OK. I think it probably works really well for some people, but I am not super impressed with my experience. I asked before my order had been shipped if I could cancel, and they said the order had already been "despatched" and they couldn't cancel it. I didn't receive a shipping notice for several more days, so I felt like that was kinda shady. I think overall the concept is cool, but I started looking at the retail prices of things, and I don't think they are very transparent about the retail prices of things. You can get the products offered on their site for much lower prices by shopping on the internet, so overall I do not think they are as honest as they claim to be.

Frustrating to stay under the buying limit. I really don’t want to shop and find out my third item puts me over the limit. Too soon to rate the products.

I really want to love the products but haven’t noticed a change in my skin in over a month. In fact, I’ve noticed a few new wrinkles. I’m sticking it out and adding additional products In the hopes that things turn around. I’m 40 and really looking for a game changer.

nice products at a reasonable price. love the japanfusion cleanser and the healthy skin lotion. three stars because too many of them are strongly scented; read the reviews before you buy, as the copy doesn't warn you.

First order I placed was excellent. Arrived quickly. 2nd order was never received. They claimed it was returned as undeliverable. Since I did not move I can’t figure out how that happened. I will try again.

My first BP experience was mixed. I love the concept, great value for great products minus the industry mark up. The products I received were great. The price was awesome, superb value. I also think the membership tier is priced accordingly. 10 dollars for 100 dollars of market price product at membership prices .... and etc. However, I couldn’t give five stars, in my honest opinion for the following reasons. First, selection, I wish there was a greater selection for makeup and beauty products. I don’t care for the candles and gifts category. Second, the website is not exactly user friendly. You cannot shop seamlessly. If you add something to your cart you have to start back at the home page to continue shopping. Also, you should include a link to corresponding products. For example, I would have loved to have a link from the lipstick to the matching lip liner. Along that same line, I was wishing there was a compare option. To compare one scent of fragrance to another —- showing the combination of scents. Lastly, a seasonal collection would be nice too, like a Christmas eye pallet for example. I will definitely continue my membership and look forward to future BP boxes on my doorstep !!!

The products are good and a good size, but nothing so far has been great.
