My initial gift code took over a week to be resolved so that my account could be activated. Then, after placing my first order (loved the products I chose, though!), it took 10 days to ship. Bummer.

I LOVE the concept. It's awesome. But the process of paying a monthly fee and getting confusing credits is waaaay too confusing and complicated for someone who just wants to buy a moisturizer. Im willing to bet ou have a lot of people who hop on your site with the intention to buy but Bail once they become overwhelmed by trying to figure out the cost of their items and what their credits will actually allow them to buy. Just have a membership fee and charge a little more for the products and do away with the credits. You say you have clarity in pricing-- but you dont. I paid $99 fee and could only buy two products this month (and who knows if these are right for my skin type). Its just too much. at a meeting 3 women all pulled your website up on their computers to look at it and sign up- and none of them did because it was all too confusing. SIMPLIFY! Good Luck.

Love the skincare I’ve use. Unfortunately the fact that I would not be able to cancel or downgrade a membership until I was locked in and committed to the one chosen for 3 months was not clearly communicated. When I asked for a downgrade in membership I was denied the request. I understand that’s how your company works but I think it needs to be more clearly stated when people sign up. Also, I wasn’t wanting to cancel just downgrade due to budgetary and financial concerns with our house. I’m not a big fan of the flexibility in how you serve your customers

Beauty Pie is a neat concept although it takes some getting used to the first month or two. Products so far are OK...have not seen any personal improvement in skin using the skincare and the foundation is less than ideal & I will most likely not be reordering that. I will have to try more products to give an accurate review but so far I would say that they are average and may not be worth the Membership. I will most likely not renew at my 3 month option unless something I order next month blows me away. Ok to try but not great for a long term commitment. (Also...they need to better explain the whole program BEFORE we choose the option. I was so confused!)

Shipping took close to 3 weeks from time I ordered. The box came pretty damaged from shipping but the products weren't damaged and I appreciate the cute packaging inside. The products seem great so far. Three stars for shipping length and quality of box I received.

I'm still waiting on the cleanser that did not arrive in my original shipment. I like the eye pencil and the night sleep oil. The pencil sharpener is very good too. But my order did not arrive complete.

Cleanser and hair mask are very good, and I'm planning on buying them again. Eye shadow pallette was just ok. The buying limit is stressing me out.

Have only been a member for a few weeks, so a neutral view of this service is what I currently have.
