With regards to your email not being recognised, this is an error that shows if you're attempting to log in on our UK site, but you're a US member, if you can please check you're on our US site first and then contact us if this does not resolve the issue!

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that your review has been rejected, we use a review platform called Baazarvoice. This is an independent moderated review platform which helps our customers to leave genuine reviews for our products but also conducts moderation with regards to approving and rejecting certain reviews. We have a few rejection criteria which are predetermined by our legal team which are e.g. legal claims, abusive/foul language, personal information being given in the review etc. I'm afraid in the case of your review, the wording in relation to your reaction was registered as a our moderation code: RW which means 'Restricted Words: Health and Beauty Restrictions'. Please accept my apologies that you're unhappy with the pricing and our upgrade system, with our upgrades you pay the full upgraded membership (for example £20) as you will receive the full spending allowance associated with this (£200) straight away. Moreover, it's concerning to hear that you haven't received a response to your complaint, I want to assure you that our Customer Service team respond to all emails that we receive therefore please ensure you're emailing [email protected].
