I love the products, they are top notch quality for a great price, I thought the packaging while beautiful, was excessive and slightly wasteful from a 'green' perspective. The website frustrates me a bit when I'm trying to find my past orders. And I don't like how products that aren't currently available but are still going to be carried in the future are not listed at all. I would appreciate the visibility of those products.

Update 2/28/20 - the customer service team dug into the issue. They sent my shipment again which arrived this week. Great packaging makes you feel you are getting something special. Love the blonde eyebrow pencil great match to my color. Trying the uber youth eye cream now for few day. Revising rating to 3 or 4. Still think the pricing is a little misleading. Oringal rating 1 star: So far not so good. The program is misleading. The website does not function right if your billing address is different from your shipping and I still havnt receiced the order I placed weeks ago.

Your antiaging serums and moisturizers are not anywhere near as effective as the others I've used. The nail polish is thick and goopy compared to Opi. Did like the eyeliners

I don’t think the eye liner is that great or easy to apply. It doesn’t go on evenly

While I really like the products, I dislike that while I pay the “member” price I can only spend up to the amount of full price. As a single mom I choose the $10 monthly account because that’s what I can afford to splurge on - honestly after the 3rd month I will most likely cancel my membership.

The products are nice but the packaging feels cheap on the retinol cream.

I love the idea but the product Satisfaction Has been about 50%. I either love it or hate it
