Hi Holly, I am sorry you were having issues with your payment on our site. I would suggest trying to clear your cookies and cache in your browser settings, or try using an alternative browser to make a payment. If you are experiencing fraud warnings on your account, it sounds like your bank may be blocking the charge. If you can get in touch with them to approve the charge you shouldn't have any any troubles placing the order. We're sorry to hear you're wanting to return an item to us however please note as long as the item is in saleable condition you're welcome to return an item to us once we have confirmed the return. We do not cover the cost of returns so when sending a product back this will be a cost to yourself. I'm sorry to hear that your order took quite some time to arrive, unfortunately we were experiencing a few delays during the Christmas period which impacted orders placed during this time. Please accept my apologies for the confusion around PIEDAYS, PIEDAYS offer you the chance to purchase an item of our choice without using the spending allowance (representative of Typical Price) so you have more allowance for other items that month. PIEDAYS are for one day only and they are released sporadically throughout the year. I will be sure to pass your feedback onto the wider business to ensure this information is clearly stated on our website.

We are working on expanding to different countries, but it is unfortunately more complicated than it looks. In the meantime, you may be able to use a parcel forwarding service to ensure any orders reach you, however please be aware we have now affiliation with these companies.
