Just received an email update that Youth Bomb was back in stock but when I immediately tried to order, it was listed as out of stock. Some products are great but time- to receive them is long.

Hit or miss. Some products are great, others are a miss. Anything w oil seems to have a chemical smell to me and is heavy, waxy, not light and nourishing (eg the oil sugar body scrub, the oil based face wash are waxy and heavy). I wonder if there are cultural differences too between UK and US. Many of the scents are harsh, too sweet and not to my preference. I like the charcoal shampoo smell and the concentrated Vit C lotion smell. The lip gloss smell is awful. In general, I like the skin care products better (the fruitzyme and the charcoal masks in particular), but pass on the makeup. Last, but maybe most importantly of all, I did a review of the charcoal shampoo and there were listed options for hair type (thin, dry, oily). I was shocked there was no option for “textured”, “curly” and “thick”. This seems like the content creators are assuming the customers are white and ignoring the rest of us! It is one thing to have diverse models, but it is just a facade unless you have a diverse staff too.

I’m absolutely in love with all of my skin care…..even after day one my skin tone and firmness had improved!!! It’s very luxurious for an incredible price. Wasn’t as crazy about the colors of the foundations I got they were much darker in person but the formula seems very nice!!! So glad I found your company!!!

It was very easy to use the website and sign up for the 60 day free trial. Everything arrived in one piece and pretty quickly. I have not had a chance to try any of the products yet, as I am trying to use up items I had previously purchased.

Great sunscreen, smells like sunscreen though. I really like the sheer coverage and non-stick texture. But I don't love that it smells like sunscreen. Packaging is beautiful (like usual). Delivery person left the box on my bottom step at the street, which was weird. I expected them to throw it up the stairs like everyone else does.

Love the product and the packaging and the no nonsense pricing. Keep up the good work! Especially on products aimed at the mature customer. Would love to see makeup lessons online w your products …..

I like most of the products I’ve tried. I feel the only area that could be improved upon is shipping related. The shipping costs seem high and I also never receive tracking information. It’s literally a mystery when my package will arrive. Yes, I’ve checked my spam folder. 😊

Products are good, but now amazing! I really wanted to love everything I got.
