I wished products would possibly come out at around the same time. I’m kind of tired of waiting to do a big order or make small orders it’s a waste and we pay a membership fee and are stuck not just paying a delivery fee but also taxes. Fees have gone up and certain items we can’t get in the states and it’s annoying

Nice products, good prices. Shipping took longer than expected,.

I’ve enjoyed most of the products, but sometimes I think I’d prefer more guidance when purchasing new products. I’m never quite sure if they can be used with other skin care products or if they’re better of being applied alone.

Shopping experience was fine. I don’t like the scents of two of the items I purchased however. Awfully strong. I’m otherwise happy with the products.

I love most of the products that I've tried so far, but you use DHL for shipping. That company takes a very long time to deliver and tends to lose items in my experience. I really wish that you would use another shipping company. My orders have taken quite a while to arrive each time, which is why I haven't signed up for the full membership at this point.

Took a little longer to get than anticipated. But it arrived in excellent condition.

I've been only using it for a week and so far I love it! I would like to see what results I get after a month. I can tell that it is higher quality especially for the cost. I'll see in 3 weeks how my skin looks and feels. If the results gets better and better, then this is a Gold Mine!!

The product was great, but the packaging was ridiculous. The box was 500 x the size of the product. Super wasteful!
