Just seems like I'm getting less of a good deal as time moves on. Getting less items for the same amount of money. It's disappointing. Trying to decide if I want to continue my membership or not. Was super in the beginning. I need to sit down and run the numbers. Something just isn't right. Only getting 4 or 5 items a month now. Something is seriously gone awry. Used to get more like 8 to 10. Or I'm seriously having delusions of a wonderful start together. I won't give up my sweet tobacco candles either!!! They are simply divine! I have enjoyed almost everything I've purchased. The quality is there. I'm guessing I've missed the price changes or something? I have to gather my receipts and figure it up. I hope it's not that. Because I'd have to say goodbye. That's quite a price hike for such a short period of time. But please keep procuring great products.. If you ARE increasing the prices, might want to back off a little. That is almost comical to increase prices so quickly and so much! Practically doubling in my short time with you. I hope I can find an error to explain this discrepancy. I just cannot fathom this change.

Hi Chris, thanks for taking the time to leave your review. When you initially join us you receive a bonus spending limit within the first month and then moving forward you will receive the set spending limit for the tier you have activated. The spending limit you are provided is deducted from the typical price of each item and you then will pay the members prices! However, if you would like us to take a look into your account please email [email protected] and we will be able to help you further. Kind regards, Brooke

Hello, I hope you are doing well! Did you want some product recommendations? If so, would you please tell me a little bit about your skin type and any skin concerns you may have? I look forward to hearing back from you, thanks Ivy.

I don’t see a huge “quality as compared to price” in any of the products I have tried so far. I haven’t tried more than 5 products but I will probably not continue to order products.

It would be great if there was a "retiring" products section in addition to the new and returning products so we would know what was going to disappear. Also, would be good if I would get dispatch notes so I knew when my order had shipped.

Not exactly what I had expected. Made my face break out. Not good!

Love the concept of direct to consumer and wholesale pricing. Don’t like the idea of spending limit connected to “market price”. Market prices are inflated, i.e. market price for a cleansing balm is $65 as marked in the site... show me a cleansing balm for that price on the market... quality is mixed - setting powder is great, highlighter OK but candle is mediocre as well as lip shine pencil. Skin care is overrated - too expensive in highlighted market prices vs formulations. There are better formulated US and Korean products that don’t claim wholesale concept and prices are similar with cleaner and more effective formulations.

Products are PHENOMENAL but when you have to wait 6-8 weeks because customer service will not listen and send products directly through the USPS instead of using UPS who then transfers to USPS causing every single shipment to be delayed. USPS will pick up for free so I really do not understand why this cannot be solved for APO/DPO/FPO customers. This cannot be blamed on COVID.
