Hi Yalena, We're sorry to hear you feel this way. Due to safety and hygiene being our top priorities, our Skincare, Bodycare, Make Up, Haircare, Fragrance and Supplements must be unopened, sealed and unused in order to be returned. Additionally, our Clothing and Textiles must not show any signs of being worn and used and still in a resalable condition with tags and labels in tact. This is outlined in our Terms and Conditions and we hope you can understand we must stick to these guidelines. It looks as though you reached out to our Member Happiness Team who responded to your request immediately and refunded the $70 spent on these items. As with all cosmetics, it largely comes down to personal preference if it works for you or suits your skin's needs so we can only apologise these didn't seem to work for you. I have had a look into this for you and can see that there was no reaction mentioned on your original returns query and therefore, we were not aware that this was the reason for your return request. Hi Mickey, I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with the quality of our eyeshadows! We appreciate your honest feedback and we'll make sure to pass this onto our Product Team for further review. We can suggest applying a primer before the eyeshadow, such as our Wonderfilter brightening or the velvet finish primers, to help it last longer and show up better on the skin.  After dipping your brush in the shadows, you could get rid of any excess product by gently tapping your brush on the side of the palette. This will reduce any fallout on your face while applying the makeup!  Kind regards, Rebeca
