Great products but was disappointed by one powder I needed a bronzing powder for holiday and having followed Beauty pie on Instagram, read that it would be a few weeks til they launched the new bronzer. As I would be travelling soon, I ordered the one powder wonder in a darker tone than I usually would… in hopes it would be an adequate bronzer. I received my products on the same day the new bronzers launched. I would have returned the item but seemed more hassle than it’s worth. Wished the launch date had been clearer as now have a powder I won’t use and won’t need to order further items for a while :-(

I am on my second order from Beauty Pie and am already looking forward to trying out even more of these high quality, low cost products!

Super fast shipping and everything was packaged nicely. The only problem is I didn’t know when the package would arrive, because the tracking information was so inaccurate.

I would have given 5 stars but they sent me the wrong color of the superluminous genius under eye concealer. I chose light/medium and got medium/deep. So thinking that I may have not chosen right, but I'm pretty sure I did choose correctly. In any event, I ordered it again and now on review of my second order I notice that it doesn't show what color I picked on the order form. Crossing my fingers and hoping they send the right color this time. It's THE ONE item I was really interested in. As for the rest of what I received, I am using everything and waiting a little longer before I review any further.

Love the products that Beauty Pie, provides and would highly recommend. Only thing too much packaging, is this really necessary?

I love the products, the delivery is slow and often takes 10 or more days. I can live with that because the shipping is economical and I plan for the long shipping times. I have had problems with the shipping boxes, however. They are often falling apart by the time they get to me and I have had a product arrive damaged before because the box was all torn up and had several holes/was crushed when it arrived.

Gave four stars only because of the trouble I had in purchasing as BP no longer accepts American Express. My delivery was quite delayed. The products which eventually arrived were FANTASTIC.

Things I love about Beauty Pie: - Membership cost is low (especially when it got lower!) - Product cost is usually reasonable and allows you to try a lot of different products. - Good selection of skincare and make up items. - The emails are entertaining and informative. - They have an eye on being eco friendly with their packaging. - Customer service is friendly and helpful. Things Beauty Pie could improve: - Products go out of stock frequently or seem to never be available again, which is too bad if you really liked a product! (I'm looking at you, reservatrol capsules and vitamin C ampules!) - Some products could be packaged in a more eco friendly way that is easier to recycle - larger amount of products, not in tubes or with pumps. How to recycle is not written on the product packaging itself. Please team up with Terracycle to help recycle some of this stuff! - The last time I contacted Customer Service, the wait time was unusually long - a few days.
