The website is too much work to search and read descriptions of the items. Every product is unknown and one needs to read the descriptions and reviews but you have to start all over after every search. And when I set my filters for reviews they need to stay on those settings until I change them.

It took almost three weeks for my order to arrive. That seems like a long time, considering shipping was paid for. The container on one of the items I purchased was defective. Customer service was excellent. Beauty Pie is a fun idea!

I am happy with the products I have received so far. The issue is in receiving them or really, rather, tracking them. My first shipment had a label error. For 10 days there was no change in the status at FedEx -- just sitting there in Minnesota. No updates. "Delivery Pending." My second order seemed to ship right away. I got a tracking number within a couple of days of placing the order. The estimated delivery date was a few days later (January 15). In the evening of the 15th, not having received the order, I went to the tracking page. "Delivery Pending." The package hasn't moved -- again from Minnesota. This is not the fault of Beauty Pie, of course. But if this is how all of my orders are going to be, I may need to cancel or figure out a way to time my orders better. I am almost out of moisturizer and might have to buy from a drug store to keep me moisturized until my order arrives -- whenever that might be.

Meh. My sister gifted me three month and was excited to try something new. I didn’t get the full 100 extra to spend my first month but 50. Again it was a gift but after reading about it and not getting full benefits it was a let down. And it’s not the member price towards your 100/150 month it’s full price so that was discouraging. I knew I would have to covering shipping but holy crap it was over $8. Almost the cost of a monthly subscription. My eyeliner is fine. Concealer too. Night time plantastic oil made me break out horribly. Oh and an extra .46 cents or something bc it’s an international order.

I'm sorry to hear you felt let down after activating your gift membership, please be advised that our gift memberships work slightly differently to our standard memberships and you receive the $50 extra allowance for the first month. Please accept our apologies that the pricing and business model wasn't made clear to you when signing up, I can confirm that each of our memberships come with an allotted monthly spending allowance which is set to the 'Typical Price' of the product however you will only pay the 'Members Price' of the product along with the shipping and handling charges. We appreciate your honest feedback and we will of course pass this onto the wider team to take on board.

Some of the Beauty Pie products work wonderfully for me. Some less so. I cherish the opportunity to TRY different products. Your VERY HIGH shipping costs and limited options for return, as opposed to Sephora, makes my future purchases with you limited if at all.
