Unfortunately, for this reason, we are only able to refund you for an item if it is faulty. We can only accept returns on items that have not been opened or used as per our policy. I appreciate you reaching out to us regarding your missing parcel, after investigating this with our team I can see that my colleague Amy has responded to your email with the following steps to ensure that relevant checks have been made. Please may you reach out to us once you've made these checks and we will be happy to raise a replacement to you. In addition to this, any foreign transaction fees will need to be investigated with your banking provider as these are beyond our control. We are happy to co-operate with any investigation that your banking provider may wish to conduct but we are not responsible for charging these fees.
