Membership is easy. I love knowing all of the products are clean, taking guess work out. Packaging is pretty. So far each product has met my expectations.

Your website is great, and I love most of your products that I have ordered. I have only had two products that either I did not like or did not work for me.

I love most of the products and the prices are fantastic. I dock a star because the return policy is a joke. Product cannot even be opened. How do you know if something will work or not, especially makeup, if you don't at least open it and see it? Who orders stuff, gets it, and then just decides to send it back without looming at it?

In my opinion, Beauty Pie has some excellent skin care prodcucts at astoundingly affordable prices. The eyeshadow pallet I purchased was a huge disappointment as was the packaging for their self tanner. Again, the skin care is what incentivises me to stick with them. However, they need to take drastic steps to improve their inventory management.

Beauty Pie is a customer focused business and they're good at it. They are always trying to deliver what their customers are looking for, unfortunately I'm in the oldest age group and which doesn't seem to be the majority of customers. As a result, some of the products I used everyday/night are no longer available. I understand, but am disappointed. Also, I wish that there were more models who are older with my coloring.

I would have given 5 stars however my favorite Japanfusion deep treatment serum has been out of stock since last November. Im still waiting for it. I like how you frequently come out with new products. I like everything I have ever ordered. No overall complaints. I like your member prices it gave me a great opportunity to try many different products. My order for this survey was the super healthy skin body cream, I have ordered this several times, I use it after every shower. It’s smells great and is very hydrating and has a great member price. I have ordered this many times. I also purchased the Dr Glycolic peel socks. I have yet to try them. I’m sure they will be great!

Love the products expect for the eyeliner options

I discovered Beauty Pie at least 3 years ago and it’s the only place I purchase all my facial skin care products. They have high quality products for amazing prices.
