Just ok
I didn’t really care for it.. especially the cleanser.. you had to use so much for it to lather up to cleanse. The moisturizer was just ok. I didn’t feel any difference

I am sorry to hear the products you tried recently didn't have the results you hoped for! Our Japanfusion Pure Transforming Cleanser is a gel-to-oil-to-milk formula, therefore it won't lather up very much compared to some of our other cleansers. I'd recommend our Super Healthy Skin Foamy Face Wash instead based on your preferences. We'd recommend to use the products continuously for at least 4 weeks to start seeing amazing results!

Good price but VERY short returns…
Good price but VERY short returns window and by the time I got to trying out the products two of them gave me a rash and it was already out of the return window.

Beauty pie is getting to be not worth…
Beauty pie is getting to be not worth the hassle. It costs a membership, plus the products used to be drugstore prices, and the premise that the advertising and packaging cost isn't passed on to you is getting to be not believable. Added to the shipping cost, time and hassle plus the membership price and it would be easier just to skip it. The unreliability of the products being available, the changes and the wide variety of products is also unimpressive. I'd rather they focus on reliability, cosmetics and skincare and skip the crazy variety that makes it like a department store from 1950 - pajamas, vitamins, and the mascara I want to be in stock so I can get it regularly and I'd choose the latter.

Our membership fees help pay for salaries, programming and server costs, rent, etc. We do also offer free shipping on orders of £/$50 or more and often run promotions via our marketing emails sporadically throughout the year! If you don't wish to pay a membership fee, you can shop our products at the typical prices.
In terms of our product availability, we know it can be super-frustrating when products you love are out of stock. The main reason for running out of products is the number of moving parts in our supply chain. We try and always keep reserves of of ‘safety stock’ for when things like this happen, but sometimes if the delays are significant, even those ‘emergency supplies’ can run out, and that’s when things go out of stock for a while. I have passed your feedback along to our team regarding this, along with your comments on the variety of stock.

Truly did not like the texture of…
Truly did not like the texture of cleansing balm which does not melt make up as other cleansing balms I have tried and leaves somewhat greasy residue which I have to wash off with other cleanser. Other products are ok. The cleanser in a tube is light, non- foaming, creamy base and leaves the skin without any residue which is great. SPF cream is light and feels good on skin.

Decreased satisfaction over the years
I'm not thrilled with the time it takes to get my order, but what I really dont like is getting 2+ emails before my order arrives, requesting feedback for the items I don't even have yet. My favorites are often out of stock and pieces are slowly increasing significantly enough to be competitive with the products I find at popular chains.

Our current estimated standard delivery timeframe is 7 to 10 business days, however we do see some orders arriving before this - your order in September arrived within 6 business days.

Do they use horse and buggy for shipping?
Shipping times are unacceptably long. I was notified my order shipped the day after I placed it (yay!). But then the shipping (from New Jersey) took a full 9 days to arrive in Colorado. Colorado is essentially the middle of the country. I seriously could have driven the distance faster. Free shipping isn't a membership benefit if it takes well over a week to get here, when I know even the USPS gets it here faster.

Our standard delivery time in the US is between 7-10 business days, therefore this was delivered within our usual timeframe.
