Great products but the delivery is longer than expected.

My credit card was charged twice for my purchase. Thankfully I caught it, and Customer Service responded promptly and sent a refund for the duplicate charge.

I took advantage of a free shipping promotion and purchased some items I've had my eye on for a while. The shipping was fast and I was able to find everything that I wanted to buy without any issues.

Some of your products are really great, my “holy grail” (mascara, concealer). But your website is janky! Improve your user interface and I’d visit more.

There skin products seem to work but there is not a lot of direction on how to do it or what steps to do it in ended up making my face look worse with the beads. Also it took forever to get here and if you read the fine print if you cancel your membership they can charge you for full prices on everything you’ve purchased!?!?

I really enjoyed the products that I purchased and received. I signed up for the members discount and I saved a lot of money.

Most of their products are great! I would recommend, though putting instructions more clearly on the bottles rather than just packaging.

I love the products but don’t like the increase in prices and the removal of monthly subscription
