Everything from ordering to receiving the product and the product quality was great, except it would have been even better to get an email update when the delivery time was longer than usual.

I have loved BP since I tried my very first product (I have so many I don't even remember what my first product was). I have always had great experiences with customer service (although it is rare that I need to call because BP makes sure all of their orders are dispatched correctly and with great care). This most recent experience was also good, or ended well- just a tiny snafu with the shipping. My order was so big that it was shipped in 2 of their largest boxes (they were both full, ha!) and only one tracking number was provided so that when the first box arrived days before the second and was marked "delivered" by the post office, I was alarmed that the 2nd half of my order was lost. When I called, the CS agent did inform me that BP was currently updating their shipping practices in order to send out the 2nd (or more) tracking numbers to the customer with the shipping confirmation email, but that for now, customers had to call to get them. She was so nice and helpful and set me at ease, and my 2nd parcel did arrive 2 days later. I am looking forward to the update which will allow BP to send all tracking information to the overzealous customers such as myself. :)

I have been using for 2 weeks now. My skin feels better. Not as dry. I do wish that Beauty Pie would send instructions for the products you bought so you knew which steps to do in order.

This is a good company with fair pricing. They are very good with communication and dealing with customer’s concerns. The issue for me is that I don’t use enough products to make the membership worthwhile.

So far so good! I’m still a newbie, but love what I’ve gotten so far!! Bought some more last week. :) trying all the things!!

I really like the products I use and find shopping and purchasing easy. Although I love the packaging, I find it excessive. I think the products could be wrapped snuggly without the individual boxes, or at least without any additional paper and in smaller mailing boxes.

I love beauty pie, but i wish the packaging was more environmentally friendly. I am not sure how to achieve this: glass bottles that could be returned? But it is giving me pause as to whether I can sustain my membership

Quality of products I have received so far are very good. Prices are very reasonable. Delivery was quicker than expected. Will continue to try other products offered.
