I appreciate your frustration and please be assured that we are looking to change delivery carriers in the future, it is just a case of logistics at this time as we are growing very quickly. We do outline on our site that shipping can take 5-7 working days from dispatch in the US, but I have of course passed your comments onto our Warehouse and Logistics team. We have recently rolled out our new BEAUTY PIE PLUS membership in the US which is a $59 membership cost for the year and allows the full $3,600 of spending allowance completely upfront! This way you do not have to wait for your renewal date each month! We do appreciate you being a part of the PIE and trying us out and we do hope to see you again in the future! We're sorry to hear your disappointment regarding the shipping charges, please note we do not absorb the cost of shipping into products as we offer them at their true cost in the interest of transparency, so as a result we do have to also charge the true shipping cost that we have agreed with our Warehouse in the U.S. We appreciate you taking the time to provide this feedback and we will ensure to pass this onto the relevant team.

Please be assured our agents are available in the US by telephone from 9am-7pm EST Monday- Sunday and Live Chat 9am-5pm EST Monday- Friday. If the phone lines are busy when you call and you leave a message, an agent will always call you back promptly as long as it is within our operating hours. If you ever have any trouble reaching us in the future, please let us know as this is not the experience we would want for our customers. We are concerned to hear you had trouble with your payment method. We do operate within the U S, so most banking issues stem from a customer's bank rather than Beauty Pie.
