My complete order was not delivered in one box as it should have been according to documentation inside box. Then customer service phone was not on on Monday and had to send email to customer service. Next day I called customer service and told them what happened. BP has pix of box. CS said they would call me in 1/2 hr after investigating. Instead I rec’d email 24 hrs later that missing item would be shipped. This was my first ever order. Not stellar. No QA of order contents done.

I purchased 3 lipsticks; 2 crushed petal and 1 nothing on. The lipstick is very dry. The packaging is flimsy. The lid does not stay on so not able to put these in my lipstick in my purse. Inquiring about returning and was told there is no real “return policy” so let the buyer beware.

Sent my package back and never got refund. Paid $30 for expedited shipping and never came expedited. Contacted services online and through social media and no one ever got back with me.

I can see that we replied to your returns queries on September 21st and September 29th asking for more information so that we could assist you with your return and refund, as customers that send items back without prior authorisation will not be credited as per our returns policy. One of our agents also explained that your order did arrive within the advised 3-5 business days for our express shipping, for this reason, we are not able to refund this for you, until we further look into you returning your full order back to us. Waiting 3 weeks for order and no response from customer service yet. Order tracking went from providing a date to an “order not found” message. Frustrating.
