Our products on site are organized by different categories i.e Makeup, Skin Care, Supplements etc in which each of these are broken down further into our different collections and types of products like cleansers, and moisturizers! If you have any troubles choosing our products, we offer complimentary virtual consultations in which our skin experts will help create a suitable regime for you based on your skin type and main concerns. Our customer service team is also always happy to help with choosing products for yourself and can help add these to your shopping basket if you have troubles. On your account you will find a 'Wishlist' where you can add products to purchase at a later date, this is a nice option so you won't have to search the site each time to find your products! I am sorry to hear about your experience with our shipping, our team would be happy to look into this further for you if you can reach out to [email protected] to see why there was such a delay with your order. However, we are looking into changing our couriers to provide a faster service for our members. We will be sure to send an email to our members informing them of any changes on this. Yes, As we do not currently have an exchange system in place and due to safety and hygiene restrictions, only unopened unused items that are in the same resalable condition that you received them can be returned. Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that you've experienced this issue with two of the Candles you recently received, please accept our apologies for this. I can assure you that this is of course not our usual quality, please note that all of our Candles are wrapped in a protective cardboard wrapping to avoid this from happening.
