Hello, Thank you for your feedback on our packaging! Please be assured that while we are not perfect we actively strive to use sustainable and recyclable packaging. The sustainability of our packaging is really important to us, so where possible, we use FSC board for our cartons and send out boxes, opt for glass packaging as much as we can, and recycled plastic for our tubes. For instance our YouthBomb Biologic Peptide Cream and Triple Hyaluronic Acid Deep Moisture Cream both come with glass containers. We hope you have a safe and happy New Year! Sincerely, Amber

Hi Susan, I can see that you purchased our Superluminious Under Eye Genius and am concerned to hear you're not loving it! The best way to use this product is to use a tiny bit after eye cream and only on areas where needed. We then recommend tapping in with fingers, brush (our Pro Angled Concealer Brush is a great match!) or sponge and then follow up with concealer. We hope this helps! Sincerely, Amber
