You get what you pay for which is low quality skincare
The concept is intriguing but I don’t like any company that doesn’t permit refunds, especially when it comes to skincare and it doesn’t matter how inexpensive that skincare is. I purchased a few items that I didn’t love and was disappointed to realize that they’re non-refundable. It was also uncomfortable how much this company encourages excessive spending. I had only had my products for one week before being promoted to buy more, and while I get that every company needs to make a profit, the grabbyness of it was off-putting. I ended up giving away 3 items and purchasing better stuff from a better known brand. The truth is that for all the cheapness of Beauty Pie, it really is just that - cheap. You get what you pay for.

Thank you for taking the time to review BEAUTY PIE. We are so sorry to hear that the products you tried were not quite right for you on this occasion. At BEAUTY PIE, our whole mission is to sell luxury products without the middlemen, the celebrity marketing or the retailer markups. It’s to source the very best, direct from the world’s best labs, for less. We work with the leading third-party suppliers in the world, we find and create the best formulas, and we show you what they really cost to develop, source, ship, store and supply, before the typical beauty industry markups that you might be used to paying. In addition, we try to make our returns policy as clear as possible on our site. We note on our Help Center that due to safety and hygiene restrictions, only unopened and unused items that are in the same condition that you received them can be returned. We of course have passed your feedback on to the relevant teams to take into consideration for the future. Thank you again for being a part of BEAUTY PIE.
