The delivery is still within our 3-5 business day timeframe for express shipment in the USA, however there may be a delay within the updates on the tracking link itself. It looks as though you have spoken to one of agents in regards to your order, however we hope you can understand that regrettably it is due to hygiene reasons that our make up can only be returned if it is faulty, and cannot be returned once it has been opened and used. Hi there, Thank you for leaving your honest review and I am sorry to hear you have had some troubles with this product. Pilling can be caused by a number of factors such as the products you are layering underneath or on top of this, layering too many products, or by not waiting long enough for the layered products to absorb before applying the concealer. We would suggest to apply a thin layer of the Superluminous Under Eye concealer to the undereye area and then apply your Everyday Great Skin Concealer on top to neutralize the colour. If you apply a layer of eye cream underneath this, I would suggest to wait 90 seconds before going in with your concealer on top.
