I like the product. Purchase and shipping were easy. But it makes my mascara (waterproof no less) transfer under my eyes.

The shipping was good and fast but the vit c serum irritate and burn my face so I couldn’t use it; such a shame because I thought this would be gentle as it advertised to be use for cancer patient

I really, really like the products and the pricing. There are three things I would like to see: 1) Free samples 2) virtual analysis and try-on like other brands have (eg Shisheido). 3) Being able to place orders from outside the US (even if the product is shipped to the US) Thanks!

The products work wonderfully. I would give 5 stars if I was able to exchange for a darker color. But as their policy doesn't allow for exchanges, it gets 4 stars.

This was my first order from Beauty Pie. Theordering process was pretty standard and the shipping was reasonably fast for December. Of the products I got, I like the creme blush: it goes on easily and the color is the cooler pink I needed. The undereye corrector has too much shine and not enough coverage and it highlights the bags under my eyes. I think that one's going to go on my upper lids instead.

Thank you for the great products, have not been disappointed all have been fantastic and have made a significant difference to my skincare routine. Looking forward to trying the cosmetics. I only gave four stars because the shipping took a bit longer than expected, understanding it was free shipping, other companies ship faster even at 'free'.

Packaging and shipping are definitely 5 stars. The shampoo and conditioner are disappointing and I will be returning them, however, the finish spray is wonderful.

Great prices and selection of products. I wish there was a better way to color match the foundation.
