The products were hit or miss. Awful lipstick and the under eye corrector brings out every line I have under my eyes. Love the body lotion and the candle is a winner; I will repurchase this candle over and over. Hard to find a good fig candle. Shipping took a good bit of time, but that could be Covid related, still

It's taking almost two weeks to receive my shipment... Use a different carrier!

I am happy with most of the actual products that I have received. My difficulty is with the website. I am a software professional but I have had difficulty with this site. One of the several consistent problems is that I am charged for shipping even though I have 7 items in the cart. It does not add the shipping in the cart. When I move forward to place the actual order the cost of shipping is included. Speaking of shipping it takes about two weeks to get the product and I live an hour and fifteen minutes from the distribution center. I am still debating whether it is worth the frustration to continue to order from Beauty Pie.

Wish the website had a default for US shippers. Every time I go on I have to flip the country to US. Website a little clunky to shop around in. Would be really great if a BeautyPie mobile app was offered! Products purchased were amazing! Shipping was very fast!

I loved 3 of the 5 products I ordered from Beauty Pie. The two products that I don't love are in the "Super Healthy Skin" line - the Amazing Sleep Oil and the Ultimate Anti-Aging Cream. To be clear, the only reason I don't love them is that the scent of these products is WAY too chemical/perfume smelling and overpowering for me, I had to immediately wash off and won't be using them again.

Validating my membership gift was complex and frustrating. The process should be simple and striaghtforward. The pink box seemed used and unclean. The items quality was fine.

I was not impressed with the shipping timeline. It took a very long time for my order to arrive. One of the items came broken. I don’t think I will be ordering again

We do outline on site that orders with Standard Shipping take 7-10 working days to arrive. However, if members wish to receive their order more quickly, we have an express shipping option that takes 3-5 working days. Please be assured that we are looking to change delivery carriers in the future, it is just a case of logistics at this time as we are growing very quickly. I have of course passed your comments onto our Warehouse and Logistics team to ensure that any delays are outlined to our Members wherever possible. In addition, I am concerned to hear that one of your products arrived damaged.
