Hi there! I have been able to take a look in to this case and can confirm that myself and another colleague have been in touch regarding this order. As this order has been placed to an address that is outside of our shipping territories (as stated on our website) we have had to work with our warehouse and shipping couriers to ensure delivery. Unfortunately, this has taken longer than our normal shipping time as this will take two shipping carriers to complete delivery. We don't currently have an exchange program in place and we do state on our help center page and terms and conditions on site that unfortunately we don't accept returns on products that have been opened or used. However, we do offer shade matching with our team experts who can help suggest the most suitable shades for you based on the current products you have. We do also offer complimentary virtual consultations with our skin experts to help create a routine for you and pick out the best products for your skin type and concerns. We would advise to set the colour corrector with your concealer and a little powder on top to ensure this lasts all day and avoids any creasing! We do offer shade matching by our skin experts if you would like some assistance with picking out the most suitable shade for your skin tone. Currently, we don't have an exchange program in place and only accept returns on products that haven't been opened or used due to hygienic reasons. However, I have reached out to you over email to help answer any questions you may have regarding your return as I appreciate you noted in your email the product has not been used. Once we receive the return back, a full refund for the item(s) will be refunded to your account and the spending allowance will be replaced if you shopped with us as a member.
