We try to keep things in stock as much as possible and we also frequently bring out new products so that our customers have more choice! Hi there, We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble sharpening your lip liner! We believe this could be an issue due to the soft, hydrating formula of the product. A little tip we've heard from other customers, is putting the liner in the freezer for a few minutes to harden this slightly before sharpening!  Kind regards, Rebeca

At the moment, this is the best we can do for our US customers but I can pass your feedback onto the wider team for further consideration.
