Customer service makes it impossible to return anything. First, you have to ask them and when they respond they want more information just to say sorry we cannot refund you but here is a 10 dollar off code for another order. I will never order from them again…oh and the fact you have to be a member to get anything in the 40 dollar range! Come on! I will stick with Sephora..

Customer service is terrific! (thanks, Joban) Wish I could say the same thing about the products I ordered, however, shipping has been a horrible experience. They say package was delivered but tracking says it's still in transit. Hopefully, after I finally do receive this, my rating will go up to 5 stars

I reached out with a problem regarding two of the makeup products that arrived broken. I heard back and they asked me for a lot number before they could replace them (i don't know why they would need to know that in order to replace them). And I sent them the lot number and never heard back.

Eyeshadow very thick paste like color , I like natural eyeshadows this makes you look older very dry product.

This company keeps bugging me for a review before I have sufficient time to determine whether or not I like the products! Stop sending multiple emails to review your products. I know when I am ready to make a review, and now is insufficient time. I did not even receive the items until March 3, 2023. It took longer than I expected for delivery. I receive 2-3 emails every day about something from this company, which borders on harassment.

Your make up is good but with the exception of one product your skin care items are at best inconsistent and since I cannot return them I am stuck with them

Ordered the under eye corrector and it goes on very cakey and won’t smooth out. I want to return it but can’t because I’ve already opened the package. Wish I could still return since it didn’t work out for me.

However, we have passed your feedback to the relevant departments for consideration. With this colour correcting product, we suggest applying a thin layer with our Pro Angled Concealer Brush to the area to evenly blend out.
