Great customer service experience!

All Products ordered I’ve been enjoying and after I’ve used them for a while I will be able to better review I also accidentally double ordered and customer service was sooo very great and handled the return with no problems. Can’t say enough good about the service I received.

I'm a huge fan of Beauty Pie USA - the products work as advertised, feel like a good value, ship beautifully (if excessively) packaged, and often arrive earlier than anticipated. I've swapped out most of my beauty routine for BP products and my skin looks fabulous. I read every email they send and love adding new products to my routine.

I bought corrector in medium and it’s a pretty good color and texture. I was a fan of Becca corrector but after collaborating with smash box the colors are changed now so beauty pie one is the exact dupe of Becca . I’m very pleased to find my another favorite corrector.

I love Beauty Pie! In the year I've been a member, I've tried many products across most of the brand's categories--skin care, body care, fragrance, makeup, brushes. (And I've got some hair care on the way...) Nearly everything has been great, and several products have become staples. Beauty Pie's customer service is also excellent. Case in point: When I accidentally had an order sent to my old address, with the result that it got lost, Beauty Pie replaced the order for free--even though it was MY fault. I didn't expect that, but I'm very grateful. Thank you, Beauty Pie!
