The products are really good products. Some I like more than others as with any beauty line. The reason for the 4 not 5 stars is their shipping takes entirely toooo long from date of purchase. If you run out of product you have a good 7 - 10 days for a refill.

Easy to navigate site. Love the option too have my own consultation online! It's much more personalized being able too discuss and talk with someone about my options and color matching, etc.

The products were good for the most part at a good price. The shipping was atrocious. They didn't even ship my order for over a week. Be very careful with fragranced products if you're sensitive to perfume. I tried both neck serum products and ended up with a blistering skin peel.

What I loved: I am a new member and so far really was blown away by the quality of the products I received and the value for my money. I am really picky because I also have advanced training in healthcare and know what is good vs what is bogus. There was a large selection of different products of all kinds with levels of active ingredients that are proved to be effective in peer reviewed studies. The packaging and experience really felt high end and the shipping was very quick. What I did not love so much: Makeup choices for skin of color are sparse and the color swatches are dubious. I wish there was a sample pack available for purchase where I could find my ideal color match bc many of the influencers who do get beauty pie sponsorships don't look like me and I have no idea what to buy. Beauty pie is relentless about their "no use policy." It is really a turnoff considering I can just go to ulta and find something in my shade easily. The private consultations are all at stupid hours like 2am my time. How are they supposed to shade match with no natural light on a zoom call? There are better ways to do this.
