Bad first time experience
Pretty disappointed that Beauty pie did not send me the free gift as advertised when I signed up back in June. Then when I contacted support via chat, the code they finally provided did not work. I had to contact support via chat a second time and then they said they couldn't provide a code because something was messed up on their end, but I could buy it and I would get refunded and abruptly ended the chat. While this would indeed get the same results, it left a bad taste in my mouth and I felt it was almost a bait and switch offer. The experience was highly lacking as a first time customer.

It appears unfortunately there was a technical issue with the code you received in which our team raised this with our tech team and advised we can issue a refund for the item after you have placed the order. I appreciate this is inconvenient and certainly not how our promotions generally work.
