I purchased two items. One was Uber Youth neck and chest serum and the other was the Super Dose Vitamin C. I wasn’t very pleased with either of the product. The neck serum was very sticky and the vitamin C had a very unpleasant smell. I contacted support to return the items but was informed that I would have to pay for my own shipping to send it back. I am in Alaska and shipping would be about $20 so I guess I will just keep the items and deal with the loss.

There is not a lot of diversified products and those marketed are unfamiliar. Many boast being formated in Switzerland which sounds exotic but I don't know enough to fully embrace their R&D history or efficacy. It took nearly 2 weeks to receive my order. One of which I know I disliked the minute I opened the jar as it has an excessive floral scent. The other seems decent but not sure it is worth the membership fee alone. I just don't see anything that inspires me to keep buying other products just to experiment with unknown companies.

I love the packaging and presentation of the product. First impression was amazing, a wow factor. The actual product did not promise what I thought it would. I heard about Beauty Pie from an influencer, to use it as under eye corrector - (she said this was magic!!!!!! - I need magic,) with another brand of concealer. I was expecting the same results as hers.. there were little or no results if I used the concealer on its own or with the beauty pie corrector underneath it. I spent 30US$ for nothing, but I will keep it and experiment with other concealers. But the hype is not worth 30$. I understand it's less expensive to be a member.. but I am not interested in that scheme.

The bottle was not fully filled. The fragrance is so overwhelming that it gave me a headache and it's def not moisturizing.

I think some of the items are high quality and some are very low quality. I hate the pricing structure as it isn’t really representative of the quality of most products. I laugh when I get the comment that I have saved $1800 on my orders! No I haven’t! The truth is that I would never spend that amount of money on beauty items. Ever.

The prices are great, but the overall quality is not. There are a couple of great products that are well known, but the rest is just ok and some of it is just poor quality. If you’re on a budget and aren’t that picky, it’s a decent choice. If you love best in class products, it’s probably not for you and not worth the membership fee.

I really hope that they take me out of their membership. The membership works for someone that is constantly buying makeup, parfums and skin care, but if you buy only one or two things per year it's absurd to give away 59 dollars. The eye corrector that I bought it is just ok.

My shopping experience and products are fine, but this shipping is very annoying. Why bother giving a tracking number and link to see the status when it takes two weeks to travel from New Jersey to Connecticut. The cherry on top is that the notification for delivery does not change in the tracking and the box just shows up randomly. The old shipping method was definitely superior.
