I had a look into your correspondence and can see we unfortunately didn't get to your first email until 4 days after on July 21st from when you initially contacted us. I appreciate only the packaging of the box has been opened, as long as the product itself is still sealed and unopened we can accept this as a return and provide a refund. Our warehouse team will inspect the product upon arrival and we will have a refund arranged as long as it passes our quality inspection.
