Very nice quality for the price, even though I feel like the subscription is a little costly considering the prices of the products are still around $20-$50 dollars which is comparable to Ulta or Sephora

Love their products! Retinols are especially effective. Only downside to Beauty Pie is they run out of things and may or may not have what you need when you need it.

The products I selected were for sensitive skin. One wasn't as moisturizing as expected and the other product contained fragrance so I can't use it.

Good products. They inform their customers about the products and they educate them about the formulas and why and how to use them. It takes the guessing and confusion out of buying cosmetics. Honest prices. Good customer service. They keep striving to improve.

I like the products I get. I just wish there were more fragrance free products. I love the Happyface.

I love the products at beauty pie. I will always go back for the Über Volume Boost mascara - that is my absolute favorite!! I can't leave the house without it on. I do wish the products were more disability-friendly. I use the leave-in conditioner (it is wonderful), but sometimes I can't use it because my hands/fingers hurt too much to push down on the bottle. The Seven Oil Hair Elixir has a much easier opening.

The shipping continues to be challenging. I love BP products, but receiving them is another story. I wanted to give 3 stars b/c of shipping but I love it too much. I pay for 2-day. Get it in 3 days and I have to somewhat “plead” with customer service to refund the dollars spent on 2-day. They did so but rather reluctantly. My recent order I did 2-day shipping again. Now you can’t track it and no idea when it’ll be delivered. The reason I do 2-day BP takes about 8-10 days with free shipping.
