We understand that you feel unsatisfied with our products, however as outlined in our terms and conditions and on our website, we can only offer returns for items that are in their original condition. This means unopened, sealed, and unused items. It looks as though our team responded to your email in 3 days to address your concerns and provide you with a code to try alternate products, do reach back out to us if you didn't receive this. I am afraid we don't currently offer refunds for products that you may not necessarily like after trying them. We currently only accept returns on products that haven't been opened or used. We do state this in our terms and conditions on site as well as our help center page.
