Product is ok. I can still see my dark circles.

The color is too light for me. There needs to be one or more shade options for darker complexions. I would like to return but am having trouble figuring out if I can actually return or not.

Difficulty ordering. Advertised discount (for membership) would not be recognized. Found out later there was a minimum spending amt that wasn't listed on page. Also wish I had been aware that makeup products that had been tried are not returnable (Sephora, Ulta, etc take them back). The foundation I bought is the wrong color and settled into my pores. I wouldn't know this unless I tried it and once I did I was out the product price. The lipstick was okay. Will never shop here again.

Very average concealer. No better or worse than many of the other concealers I’ve used.

Prompt shipping and 50% off without a membership was nice. I think the regular “retail price” is a little askew and it just makes some feel like they are getting a better deal but in reality the retail price was jacked way up. The products are decent but I think too many of the skincare products have way too much fragrance. I have only tried a few products and I’d only repurchase one of them.

I purchased a Mystery gift for Black Friday/Cyber Monday. I did not care for it. Also, love the new membership pricing and policy however product prices have skyrocketed since I first joined.

Products are awesome but my candle came broken and I haven’t heard from customer service yet to get it replaced. It’s been 4 days ago I sent them an email.

I purchased the advent calendar. Thank god I got it half off because the products were not worth the price. It was beautiful packaging was great but those 12 products are not worth the cost
