I am sad to say poor, tracking updated on delivery to wrong address, took over 10 days to come over 2 states, CS told me 3 different stories. 2 stars because facebook messaging kept me up to date. You said I would be reimbursed 50 dollars and I have received nothing, also no followup.

I didn’t realize this is just a buyer’s club where you pay to buy. This isn’t at all what I prefer, but rather, a box with quality “brand name” products for a reasonable fee. This offers only proprietary Beauty pie label products.

I don’t like the way the experience is set up, where a subscription fee buys a (supposed) discount on a limited amount of product. I think the shipping cost is too high. Not one product I tried was of a quality or a value that made it worth the hassle. I *definitely* wouldn’t pay the (supposed) full price of the items offered on the site. Nothing suggested it was worth that amount. I’ve had better experiences with drugstore products. Over all, very disappointing.

Placed my final order at March, 15. Still didn't get it. Today is April, 2. The quality of the products is just okay. I tried Moisture lotion and had an awful allergic reaction. Perfect skin foundation made my son extremely dry.

The Beauty Pie app is not user friendly. There are frequently glitches when checking out and it jumps backward and forward between panes in a highly annoying way, blocking you from completing your order in a streamlined fashion. Nearly impossible to change address, cc info, etc. The products are of uneven quality. The eye pencil color stick slipped out of the wooden casing after one week. The primer was lovely but had an unpleasant chemical odor. The Japanfusion skincare is fabulous, though the packaging is too heavy & awkward for travel. Frequently the products I want are out of stock, also annoying. My overall experience is one of a series of annoyances on the way to (eventually, maybe) getting some fine products. If (maybe) the address is correct.
