I love Beauty Pie but their shipping takes longer than most online retailers in my experience. Also they DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

Great product, my favorite moisturizer. One less star because the boxes you ship in are oftentimes so outlandishly huge for the small amount of items inside, it’s just a total waste of resources. With the zillions of people around the world using up (and wasting) resources, I find this unnecessary and worrisome. You can do better.

So far the product functions well and appears well constructed. Shipping is slower than Amazon. I appreciate being able to see my products and not digging to the bottom to retrieve items.

I love the products. The website is not user friendly. I get tired of looking for anything new because it's too time consuming. When you use the back button to return to what you were looking at, it starts from the beginning. It's very aggravating, and takes too much time.

The initial ship date was off, but I was notified by beauty pie without having to reach out that a change had occurred. The items ordered arrived well packaged and there was no damage. So far the items purchased, mixture of makeup and skin care, are working out well.

I just started a few weeks ago , knowing I have more of a mature skin so far it’s been okay
