I love the products from my first order, And look forward to buying more, but the website does not work well. I signed up for a membership, and though I paid for it and it shows on my receipt and order confirmation, my profile does not show any membership or purchases, so the site continues to recommend I sign up for something I already have in order to make a purchase. Products are great, but the platform is frustrating and customer service has not followed up.

Strong fragrances and harmful ingredients. No return policy. In terms of the reply, many cosmetics/skin care companies allow customers to return products opened products and just take the hit. My experience w beauty pie is the marketing is exceptional but if you expand the full list of ingredients a lot of the touted ingredients are at the end of a long list of ingredients, preceded by harmful or filler type ingredients. Also so much fragrance, just not what I was expecting.

I got the healthy hair shampoo and conditioner. It left my hair scratchy and more tangly than it normally is. My hair did not like the shampoo and conditioner at all. I love the idea behind BeautyPie, but it’s not for me.

I wasn’t happy with the skin care products but it is too difficult to return and you almost feel trapped because they require minimum 3 months of membership. If I decided to cancel I would have to pay ‘full price’ which I find ridiculous. I will cancel ASAP.

The products I want are never in stock. Also, your search does not work well. I searched for cleansing balm and the same looking green container product came up so I misordered the moisturizer vs the balm. When I asked to exchange it for the right product (I had mistakenly bought 2) I was told no.

I ordered the stick eyeshadows and was not really happy with them. Also got a crayon lipstick- not happy with that either. Not sure if I want to continue this subscription.

Products were ok. Not great. The mascara was the worst. Had to go over and over, wait a bit then come back and add more just to even know I had mascara on. Lipstick didnt stay on for very long. Just really dissapointed.

Minus 1 star: Confusing to understand the business model. Next to impossible to explain to others. I’m charged a monthly fee plus I have to pay for the products and shipping. But I’m only allowed to order a certain amount per month. Clear as mud. Minus 1 star: They don’t send an email when I’m charged the monthly fee. So I don’t know when I’m getting charged. Minus 1 star: products are consistently out of stock. Takes a ridiculously long time to get back in stock. The products are fine. I like that it explains what each product does. But since they are unavailable many times and my limit is so low, I am left annoyed with the brand.
