I like the ranges offered in skin care and they rival other brands I've used. The make-up is hit or miss but I wouldn't compare it to luxury brands. The other stuff is just stuff. I'd like for Beauty Pie to find their identity, so to speak. I don't think BP needs to be the one-go-to for everything; do one or two things really well. Input on what I'd like to see improve - packaging. In a lot of cases the thing that really separates luxury brands with BP is the packaging. A good example of effective packaging is Kate Somerville regarding the moisturizers. Tatcha has very, very good packaging across the board too. Overall, I am a happy member.

I discovered Retinol with Beauty Pie, and niacinamide, and the best moisturiser I've ever used. I have delighted in receiving the pink parcels a few days after ordering, but I am taking a break from my subscription; partly because of a change in my circumstances, but also to see if Beauty Pie adapts its product containers...at the moment I am uncomfortable with the heavy plastic content and I know this could be bettered.

The products formulas are top notch. I’ve actually been enjoying getting ready daily because my skin has never looked better! My order was missing one of the products which was in stock when I purchased, they did offer me a refund along with a $5 off coupon. I did respond and ask they just exchange matte for translucent but by then I already placed another order for skincare and a powder. This is something I will use maybe once or twice a year but not something I can see using monthly

I ordered exactly what I needed at this time and received everything very nicely packed. However, they were advertising that you would receive a free gift. I did not receive any gift with my order. They were showing a special product for your feet. I was looking forward to trying it.

Lots of great experiences with a variety of products. Several repeat buys. What could use improvement is 1. US shipping. This is through DHL and then transferred to your local USPS for delivery. It takes a LONG time to get your order. Direct UPS/FEDEX would be better. 2. Non-member prices and savings are greatly inflated. Feels too much like dramatic marketing.

Shipping took awhile, order missing a product, but customer service was quick to respond and resolve, did not like the stickiness left by Japanfusion, love the lipstick.

I just tried Beauty Pie for the first time and one of the items was left out of my package. Needless to say, not a great first impression. But when I called customer service, the lady I spoke with could see that an error was made and assured me that she would expedite the missing item to me asap. I would try this company again.
