Mixed experiences. On the plus- I love the eye crayons (definitely comparable to Laura Mercier) and the lip crayon I got. On the minus side- hated (literally hated) all 5 fragrances I got. They all smelled terrible. And I can't get anyone to respond on questions I have on a daytime moisturizer and eye cream for my demographic and issues. With no samples and no returns plus a spending limit, I have to rely on guidance for which products are appropriate- and I can't seem to get a reply. So right now I'd say a 2-star rating is a stretch. It's more like a 1.5.

Great products, but that's completely meaningless when I can't even place an order. Despite having tried different payment methods and having called my financial institutions to ensure that there are no issues on my end, the website keeps refusing my card. Customer service has not been helpful, either. PLEASE fix the website! If not for these problems, I would have given 5 stars.

Thought I am a newer member, I used the $400 spending limit to really try and get a lot of products in my first order. Unfortunately I am disappointed in almost all of them. In the fragrance sampler, they are not elevated scents and smell like typical body splash/body spray scents from bath&body works- I’m looking for fragrances that I could find in Sephora; japanfusion skincare line- overwhelming fragrance (I’m not sensitive to fragrance) and I just do not see the results that I do with my regular products; plant peeling drops- I don’t see the same results as with my regular peeling pads/serums; candle- huge fail and absolutely overpriced both projected value wise and member price ($60 projected value? This isn’t voluspa); makeup brush felt extremely cheap. I really wanted beautypie to work but I can’t help but feel a little scammed by using up all of my spending limit on an item that “would be worth $100 in the store” that doesn’t even work! At least at a store if I spend $100 on an item that doesn’t work, I can return it. I have spent around $160 on beautypie and I dislike almost every item I purchased. That seems like a huge problem. I would not recommend beauty pie to anyone else and in the future if I want to purchase an item, I will stick to 1 at a time.

Makeup choices are minimal, it’s difficult to tell the difference between many of the skincare products and even though your site claims that the “gift” items don’t count against your monthly total, the amount was subtracted...needless to say I removed the perfume from my cart. I’ve been using the shampoo and conditioner but am not really very impressed. Very lackluster products so far. I’m hoping my order for this month (skincare) is better. I did like the nail polish but the color selection is beyond minimal. I’d say it’s sparse.

I’m not a fan of really any of the products that I had ordered. I’m shocked that there was such high reviews.

My first order, 3 items. One came damaged, the other made my skin breakout (no return/exchange). They are replacing the damaged item, but not off to a great start with this company.

I honestly didnt think it was anything that great. Specifically the foundation, which I had high hopes for, just looked filmy in my skin and cakey when blended.

I wish I could say better things about this brand or the products...but the products are average and I got trapped into a 3 month contract with a “free month trial.” I’m not very impressed with customer service and I believe that brands that have amazing product with nothing to hide don’t need to lock their customers into contracts before they’ve tried their products. Not worth it.
